About Us
How it all started
This adventure of making wine and developing a vineyard/winery began some thirty five years ago when my wife and I completed our graduate studies in microbiology, which fortunately included inventive training in fermentation technologies. The knowledge we gained planted a seed, that someday we would apply what we learned to create something very special, namely the heavenly beverage, wine.
Our Vines
Our Vineyards' ideal south facing slopes rich in weathered shales, balanced micronutrients and generous mineralogy, provide an exceptional terroir for producing the most highly expressive wines. Our small batch, handcrafted, wine making practices produce the most captivating Boutique wines in the region. All wines are made and bottled in our winery from grapes grown on premises. True Local!
